Chris Hughton in talks with Callum Hudson-Odoi’s father?

Chris Hughton has been spotted in talks with Ghanaian Chelsea football player, Callum Hudson-Odoi’s father as an attempt for the player to join the Black Stars.

Callum Hudson-Odoi is an international footballer who plays as a winger for Chelsea and the England national team however, Ghana has been trying to convince Hudson-Odoi to play for the Black Stars.

In a picture sighted by CitiSports on Sunday, January 30, 2022, Chris Hughton was seen having a conversation with  Odoi’s father and another gentleman at Labadi Beach Resort in Accra.

Chris Hughton is an Irish-Ghanaian football manager with high hopes of winning a contract on a Black Stars coaching job.

On January 28, 2022, reports circulated in the Ghanaian media landscape that Chris Hughton had arrived in the country eyeing the position as Black Stars’ new coach. This has  The 63 year has vast experience in the football arena since he has  sparked some positive reactions from Ghana

According to netizens, Hughton will be the best fit because there would be no interference from corrupt executive committee members of the Football Association while others held the view that he had a good CV.

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, sacked  Milovan Rajevac for the abysmal performance at AFCON2021 after Black Stars exited the tournament at the group stages with one point.
