Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen, the founder and leader of the , has appealed to Ghanaians to prioritize a presidential candidate's vision and integrity over party affiliations during elections.

Kyerematen stressed that his movement aims to rally the support of the over 6.6 million floating voters and individuals who resonate with his vision for Ghana's transformation.

The former Presidential aspirant underlined the need for Ghana to embrace a transformational leader rather than a new political party.

He introduced his “Great Transformational Plan” (GTP) as a viable alternative for Ghana, advocating for a shift beyond the dominant and parties.

Kyerematen outlined the 's intention to establish a union government, uniting representatives from political parties, religious organizations, and professionals. This collective effort aims to drive the transformative agenda for Ghana, especially benefiting the youth.

As part of his vision, Kyerematen pledged that 60% of ministerial appointments in his government would be filled by individuals from the youth demographic. He also emphasized the importance of gender balance in his administration.

“We are in a period of transformation,” he declared, highlighting that Ghana is on the verge of a significant change comparable to the nation's political independence in 1957.

The former Minister outlined the 15 key themes of his proposed GTP, with pillars encompassing a stable economy, industrialization, agriculture, energy, health, and education.

Industrialization, he said, would be the cornerstone for job creation, aligning Ghana with advanced nations like the , , Japan, , , South Korea, and India that have leveraged industrialization to advance their countries.

Kyerematen emphasized that a strong economy is essential to support industrialization and agriculture. He proposed adequate funding to promote industrialization, citing the “One District, One Factory (1D1F)” policy as a monumental achievement that could elevate Ghana.

The former aspirant noted that the , currently Ghana's commercial hub, has benefited from 55 projects under the 1D1F program, with 26 in operation and 13 under construction.

He pledged to elevate the to become Africa's manufacturing hub, a move he believes would bolster the nation's economy.
