Nana Brempong outdoors the Committee and introduced them to the local elders, in accordance with the Land Act 2020, Act 1036.
This was contained in a press release copied to the Ghana News Agency and signed by Dr Edward Kwadwo Boahen, a Palace official.
The Chief directed that all matters of lands in the area should be submitted to the Committee for proper arbitration and settlement.
He, however, cautioned persons encroaching on lands and using fraudulent means in land transactions to desist from the acts or face full rigours of the law.
“All persons and their assigns or agents who will fall foul of these directives will be dealt with without any resistance from any quarters,” the statement added.
The Committee comprised Mr Joseph Kwadwo Frempong Ampadu, Chairperson, Dr Edward Kwadwo Boahen, Secretary, Eva Oforiwaa Minta and Mr Benjamin Ayirebi Ntiri.
The rest are Jonas Bediako Ofori, Lawyer Bennett Aboagye and Nana Asante Yeboah II, Gyaasehene of Kwahu Aduamoa.
