Supporting and embracing the joyful and sorrowful moments of the Ghana Black Stars to show patriotism, Solomon Bennett Memorial School in Sunyani Municipality of the Bono Region has made it an annual event for the learners to dress and depict every national occasion in a way of impacting patriotism in the learners.
In an exclusive interview with The Ghanaian Standard, Mrs Grace Bennett who is the CEO of the school indicated that, her learners will always put on Black Stars jersey to school whenever they have match within the week days and added that, In a country where there is lack of patriotism by citizens, the country looses its focus and spirit of development but in order to grow the spirit of patriotism in citizens of a developing country, the best level of people to start with are the younger generation.
