Mohammed Alhassan and James Serwornu are likely candidates for selection for Accra Hearts of Oak as they face arch-rivals Kumasi Asante Kotoko on Sunday, February 20, 2022, at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Serena who also sustained an injury against RTU was involved in the team’s full training session and could make likely make a start for the Phobians come Sunday.
Another good news for Hearts is the return of Robert Addo who missed the RTU match due to the maximum accumulation of yellow cards, as he also trained with the team.
However, Hearts would be without the services of Caleb Amankwah who was sent off in the game against RTU having received two yellow cards.
Sulley Muntari looked very sharp in training on Thursday and would be in pole position to start against Kotoko on Sunday.
Hearts would be searching for a win as they try to close the 12-point gap on Asante Kotoko who is in cruise control at the top of the summit.
