, the revered giants, unveiled their newly constituted board on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, marking a significant step in the club's governance restructuring following the dissolution of the previous board in February 2024.

Among the distinguished individuals named to the revamped board are Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe and Mr. Vicent Sowah Odotei, both of whom bring invaluable experience from their tenure on the previous board.

Leading the charge as Executive Chairman of the board is XIV, a figure renowned for his astute leadership and commitment to the advancement of Ghanaian football. Joining him is Mr. Delali Anku-Adiamah, recently appointed Managing Director, whose expertise will undoubtedly contribute to the club's strategic direction.

Additionally, the new board comprises esteemed professionals and luminaries from various fields, including Mr. Akwasi Agyeman, CEO of the , Dr. Kenneth Ashigbey, Mrs. Ivy Heward-Mills, Professor Agyemang Badu Akosa, and Mr. Samuel Wilfred Yaw Inkoom. Their diverse backgrounds and wealth of knowledge are poised to fortify 's governance framework.

The incoming board members are scheduled to be formally sworn into their roles at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), signalling the commencement of their four-year tenure.
