The Member of Parliament (MP) for Ellembelle, Mr Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, has extended a helping hand to the chief and people of A.B Bokazo by donating 100 pieces of roofing sheets valued at GH¢12,000. This donation aims to support the completion of the construction of the chief's palace in the community.
The gesture came in response to a letter penned by the Queen mother of the town, Nana Assuah Eba II, to the MP's office, seeking assistance for the ongoing construction project. Mr Buah, known for his commitment to the development of the town, promptly responded to the call for support.
During the donation ceremony, Mr Buah reiterated his unwavering commitment to addressing the needs of the town and assured the community of his continuous efforts to bring more development initiatives to fruition.
Expressing gratitude on behalf of the town, Nana Ebi Nyameke, the Caretaker of A.B Bokazo, commended Mr Buah for his steadfast support, particularly during the recent passing of the chief. He praised the MP's swift response to the needs of various towns in Ellembelle and prayed for divine blessings upon him.
In addition to the roofing sheets, the Queen mother, Nana Assuah Eba II, appealed for 50 plastic chairs and other essential items for the Community Health Planning Scheme (CHPS) compound. In response, Mr Buah promised to extend assistance in that direction, reaffirming his dedication to improving the welfare of the community.
