In a resounding commitment to positive community change, has reiterated its dedication to making a difference in the lives of those it serves. The bank highlights a series of impactful activities undertaken by its staff in a bid to uplift communities.

Nana Yaa Afriyie Ofori-Koree, Head of Partnerships, Sustainability, and Corporate Social Responsibility (), expressed pride in the bank's Employee Volunteering Programme, describing it as a manifestation of the spirit of giving and community upliftment. In a statement to the , Nana Ofori-Koree emphasized the bank's commitment to empowering its staff for positive community impact.

“Our Employee Volunteering Programme is a living testament to our commitment to empower our staff for positive community impact,” she stated. “This robust demonstration underscores 's steadfast commitment to social responsibility and sustainable development.”

Commending the bank's staff for their dedication during the recent festive season, Nana Ofori-Koree acknowledged the contributions of time, money, and resources that put smiles on the faces of many, particularly the less privileged in society. She expressed the bank's anticipation of sustaining endeavors throughout the year.

Under the Employee Volunteering Programme, Fidelity Bank staff members facilitated three months of medication and vitamins worth GH¢ 6,000 for the Motherly Love Orphanage in Kwabenya, a refuge for underprivileged children, notably those grappling with health challenges like . Additionally, GH¢ 6,000 was dedicated to ensuring the education of 10 promising students by covering their school fees, with items like groceries and toiletries distributed to 59 individuals to enhance their festive season.

Several other charitable acts were undertaken, including contributions to orphanages in Darkuman and Dome, support for children with autism, inmates of the Weija Leprosarium, and educational initiatives at the Kwabenya Basic School. The bank's “Feed the Orphans” project extended to and , benefiting 100 children.

In the , a donation of GH¢15,000 settled medical bills for eight children at the (KATH) Children's Ward. Professor Sampson Antwi, Head of the Directorate of Child Health at KATH, conveyed appreciation to Fidelity Bank workers and encouraged continued support for the underprivileged.
